Pauline Cox, the walking paradox, is a woman of varied talents and intense focus. If you can imagine a metal band front woman with a professional dance history, backgrounds in both martial arts and stand up comedy, and twenty-five years of experience in title, escrow, and real estate, you’ll have a vague idea of Pauline.
At five years old, Pauline was already disciplined in the arts and academics, and by her pimple-faced teen years she was motoring through college. She attributes her unparalleled multi-tasking skills to a lifetime’s worth of balancing multiple rigorous pursuits alongside personal commitments. It’s been forty years since Pauline discovered her simultaneous devotions to the arts and academics, and very little has changed.
Today Pauline has simplified her balancing act: she divides her time between being a real estate professional and being the lead singer of her band. Since joining the Clarkliving team to work with Steve Clark, she’s become instantly engaged in her dream of combining her creativity with her knowledge. “Steve promotes and supports my individuality while mentoring me, which has allowed me to truly develop as a real estate professional,” she says. Her clients experience the true nature of her determination, enthusiasm, and dedication to their successful and smooth transactions. Pauline always ensures her clients are well-educated, well-informed, and protected. Her casual and calm demeanor— bolstered by years of experience—instills in her relationships a unique confidence, and a trust that she is genuinely committed to her clients’ overall happiness.
